All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us as we strive to offer quality customer service along with quality products. Therefore, should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we may offer in-store credit where you may use the dollar value of your purchase toward another item and/or upcoming subscription box.

BlaqBeaut (Buyer) partners with trusted third party vendors (Seller) in order to provide various Black-owned beauty products.
Buyer shall not be required to and shall not assume or perform or discharge any liabilities of the Seller, whether related or unrelated to the Assets, and Seller shall solely be responsible for any such liabilities.
